Been residing overseas for the past few years and realised the atrocity of Malaysians been paying far way too much for their designers brand and other imported stuffs.

Apart from our daily task, we are just starting to buy and sell UK, EU and US goods and merchandises on the other side. Has been doing this for a bit as favours to friends and now trying to expand our horizon.

Please choose your size correctly. Once the parcels are packed and ready for shipping, we are unable to assist you in returning the parcels to the seller.

We can assist you from there and will then reply to you with the next steps to close the deal.

Once we search the items and acquire the price, you will be required to put in an initial Deposit before we purchase the item.

After the item is bought, we will send you an image of it and the remaining balance will have to be paid before we proceed to send you the item.

Payment and Policy

All listed prices on this blog or websites are in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR).

The prices listed on our blog or website remains valid until revocation. Although we endeavor to keep prices correct, we reserve the right to alter or adjust them at any given time at our discretion.

This is subject to the availability and price of the products at the time that we acknowledge your payment and making the purchase. If the items are sold out or the price has changed, we will offer alternative for exchange or full refund.

Please email us to obtain the latest price for any of our featured brands as their price and stock changes from time-to-time. This is applicable for all designer brands.

Most of the products displayed are Pre-Order basis. However, we do have Ready Stock items as well. The price listed includes shipping cost from UK, US, EU to the collection point in Malaysia only. An additional fee applies to all postage within Peninsular Malaysia, Sabah & Sarawak (also applies to special request item *item you want us to buy for you). Kindly refer to Postage and Handling for more information.

For bookings Ready Stock items if any, you may book via SMS, Whatsapp or Quick Order Form. However, all bookings must be paid within 3 working days. Should bookings payment is not received & buyer being silent, the item is open for sale to others.

All sales will be served on a First-Come, First Serve basis.

A minimum of 80% deposit is required, in order to secure your booking and for your orders to be process.

However, Full Payment (100%) of the total prices is advisable.

The items will only purchase or reserve by us once payment has been made. (Once you have transferred the deposit or booking payments into our bank account)

Payments of any confirmation order must be made within 3 working days from the date of our order confirmation email. Failing, which your order will be deemed as cancelled.

For those opting 80% deposits, we will only send out your ordered item after the remaining balance 20% is received. Appreciate your understanding. Full deposits will be forfeited if balance of payment is not receive maximum in 1 (one) month after notification email, SMS, Whatsapp from you.

MODE OF PAYMENT

Payment is preferably through Online Transfer/Interbank Transfer, CASH /Cheque Deposit to MAYBANK, CIMB Bank and PayPal. Details of our Bank Account No. and PayPal will be provided via email upon confirmation of order. Please include our email during the transfer so that we will get direct notification.

Once agreed with our Quotation and Terms and Conditions, kindly transfer the deposit 80% or 100% (for full payment) as a confirmation of order.

Upon receipt of your details above, we will email you our order confirmation invoice along with banking details (within 24 hours)

Postage and Handling

Since, the cost of items shipped from UK, US or EU to Malaysia ONLY includes the shipping and insurance. So, once the items arrive in Malaysia, you may need to collect it or if you like, to be posted to your preferred address at extra charges based on weight.

Self-Collection can be arranged too. Please contact us directly or you may choose to collect your parcel from our collection point or have it delivered to your address using Pos Malaysia’s service.

We will ensure that your parcels will be delivered in good order. However, we shall not be held responsible in the event that there is any loss or damages during delivery or in transit once they leaves our cares, though rest assured that all items will be carefully packed well before being sent or post.

Once your parcels have arrived at our collection point, you are expected to make the full payment and/or collect the items WITHIN 14 days. We will take every precaution to ensure that your items are kept safe within the above said period.

Shall you have difficulties in settling the payment/collecting the items within the stipulated time, kindly notify us. However, we shall not be held responsible for any damages or lost that happens AFTER the 14 days period.

POSTAGE METHOD

We shall not be held responsible for any loss or damage that may happen during delivery (Airmail) or customs charges if there is any for this method (Airmail). Any extra charges occurred will be borne by you.

We cannot be held responsible for lost or delayed items in the mail en route to you. All item sent will come with a Tracking Code. We will provide all the necessary tracking details for tracking purposes. International Postage will normally take 7-10 working days to reach Malaysia.

All items will be mailed to our team in Kuala Lumpur and Self Collect is possible at our Collection Point. Kindly pre-arrange Self Collect and keep in touch for updates.

The item will reach Malaysia within 8 – 12 weeks. We will inform you of the exact and precise postage fee for the item. Delivery fees may vary according to the weight / size of your item. We will then require the remaining total amount from you, and once we receive, we'll post the item immediately.

Items will be post out within Three (3) Three to (7) Seven working days (excluding Saturday, Sunday & Public Holidays) after receiving the full payment.

All items will be sent to you via our appointed courier service provider. Tracking number will be provided for your reference once item is post out. For Combine Shipping, discount is offered if you purchase MORE than One (1) item.

Delivery and Shipping

Delivery time usually takes 8~12 weeks to reach Malaysia. (Shipping time quoted by the shipping agent: excluding time from orders is taken, delivery of items to our house in UK, US or Eu, collection of boxes, customs clearance at Port Klang and delivery of boxes from Port Klang to our collection point).

We can only provide estimate time of arrival (ETA). Due to circumstances beyond our control, delay might happen. Kindly take this into account when placing an order. We do combine shipping with other purchases. Time given here are approximate only. It might be longer and it might be shorter.

All items are subject to our buying trip schedules. There's a minimum waiting period/turnaround period of between 7 working days up to 2 weeks for stock arrival /delivery (upon our return from our buying trips)

You will be kept posted on the status via email periodically. All items will be packed well prior to sending and an email will be sent detailing the tracking no. and ETD for the ordered items.

There shall be NO delivery on public holidays and weekends. Delivery surcharge may apply for delivery to outskirt area. International delivery rates differ subject to weight & the destination. Final delivery charges will be detailed in our Order Confirmation Email subject to the no. of items ordered & weight.

Terms and Conditions

These are the Terms and Conditions of our Agreement which apply to all purchases of products by you from us and you should read them carefully.

We may vary these terms from time to time and therefore you should check them before you make a new purchase.

In order for us to accept any order, you must read and accept the following Terms & Conditions of sale during your order.

By placing an order with us, you are hereby agree to our Terms and Conditions:

All sales are FINAL. Serious buyer only, any back out buyers will be blacklisted from future purchase. Deposit is Non-Refundable for BACKOUT Buyers.

For Pre-Orders, cancellation is strictly NOT ALLOWED once order is placed.

All deposits are Non-refundable unless the items that you ordered are out of stock or have change in prices. For SOLD OUT item, you can choose any available items or you may also choose for a refund.

Items sold or purchased are Non-Refundable, Non-Exchangeable, or Non-Returnable (PROVEN authenticity issue ONLY). Therefore, please ask as many questions as possible (especially measurements) before purchasing. We'll happy to entertain.

All prices quoted include shipping to our collection point only, unless stated otherwise. Prices are subject to change due to currency rate or sale.

Product's warranty is only valid in the US, UK and EU unless stated otherwise by the manufacturer.

This is surplus end of range stock which is believed to be in excellent and perfect condition, otherwise stated in the description.

Most item are at their best condition hence price but sometimes it may suffer from soiled or damaged packaging and normal manufacturing defects.

For merchandise bought from Boutique or Factory Outlet, where you may find some minor flaws (but most of time they are just perfect), neither the Outlet nor us are able to entertain any request for exchange. As an avid shopper, we are doing our best to check and ensure your merchandise is almost perfect and in good condition.

We are trying to describe the item in the best possible way and if you are in doubt of the item please do not buy. We have full rights to amend the listing content if we found that it has been misused or wrongly interpret or describe.

All items are sold, "As Is" and Non- Restockable. All of the items displayed are brand new (unless specified otherwise.) We also guarantee that all goods are 100% Authentic from the UK, EU, US and all purchase will be accompanied by their original tags.

We only sell Genuine & Authentic items from the brands itself and not from fake or other form of imitations. Merchandises are carefully selected from US or UK, Europe only. Our prices will definitely be cheaper than most outlets and store prices.

We check every item before we purchase it on your behalf. All our items are in pristine condition and we have absolute confidence in all our items. You can all attest to that.

Most merchandise is Pre-Order, unless clearly stated as Ready Stocks or stock in hand. Why do we keep some Ready Stocks on some merchandise? Because we knew that the deals are worth to be grabbing. Hence, you shouldn't miss it too, so check out your deals in our Ready Stocks items from time to time.

You may also put a Special Request on items you wish to buy. Please provide full descriptions of product, Link of the US, UK or EU online stores and all other important information.

Due to frequent Sale & Promotion in UK, EU and US you may find that the price of items listed fluctuates. Please enquire on latest price. Our policy is to give you a great deals, thus we are more than happy to offer as much extra savings to you.

Resellers Terms and Conditions

Reseller’s T&C

1. Only agree to become a reseller of Alteia Urban Resources if you agree and adhere to the Reseller’s T&C.

2. Reseller must have their own selling platform and have a minimum business experience of 1 year (either online store or boutique owner). Reseller must have basic knowledge of the product you are reselling from Alteia Urban Resources.

3. Minimum purchase of 3 Items per month. Discount rates only apply after the 3^rd purchase. Purchases can be from any pre-order items or ready stocks items.

4. All prices are inclusive of international shipping & handling + sales tax + insurance + import duties + suppliers service charge + local postage. Additional RM10 applies to each item to Sabah/Sarawak.

5. Minimum deposit of 60% required to place order (pre-order and US/EU ready stock). We will not be placing any order without payment to avoid back-out buyers. No cancelation or change of order is allowed once payment is made. * Be sure to remind your customers on this.

6. Pre-orders are expected to reach Malaysia in 3-5 Weeks time and are subjected to customs clearance. If your customers are impatient, strictly Do Not place order as sometimes there will be delay due to customs clearance.

7. For Malaysia ready stock items, full payment is expected within 24 hours of reservation made. As for pre-order items, balance settlement is expected immediately once it reaches Malaysia. We will send text messages ( Whatsapp, Telegram, SMS) or email follow up for the balance payment.

11. Reseller is not bound to sell at our selling price. Adjust your selling price accordingly where you are comfortable with the margin. Alteia Urban Resources doesn’t hire agents to sell, so, there’s no commission provided. We keep your details private and confidential.

12. We do not appreciate you asking for more discounts as we try to keep our prices as low as possible. We don’t take much per item as we go by volume. We Will Not Entertain Any Price Offer.

Note: There are few cases new reseller would ask for very unreasonable discount of RM100-RM200 per item just to stay competitive. Alteia Urban Resources is a profit making online store and obviously we sell to make profit and not otherwise. We are not a charity, and it is unethical business practice to ask us to lower our prices for your sake, so that you may gain more.

13. Reseller must maintain a minimum purchase of 3 items per month to be eligible for the discount rates.

14. Please let us know if you no longer want to be Alteia Urban Resources reseller and we’ll remove you from the listing.

15. We reserve the right to alter our Terms & Conditions whence we deem necessary without prior notice.
